After a brief stint with living unhealthily I adopted a health conscious lifestyle at the beginning of 2014.
Health conscious to me is being aware of what I put into my body and how I condition it – diet, exercise and maintaining balance between work, study and social circles.
I don’t dread waking up in the morning,. I also don’t put off going to the gym anymore because I like the way it makes me feel. Healthy food is so much more attractive to me than fast food to the point that I’ve become the annoying ranter to my friends when they buy junk. I apologise most times.
Last December I celebrated having hips again by getting my mantra and spirit animal tattooed on my right hip. Today I’m celebrating my collarbones by writing a blog post.
